路透北京4月2日 - 中国官媒--新华周三报导，中国石化600028.SS0386.HK与宁德时代300750.SZ签署产业与资本合作框架协议，今年将共同建设不少于500座换电站，未来则致力于建设10,000座换电站。
报导指出，根据协议，中国石化将与宁德时代全面深化长期战略合作关系，共同构建全国换电网络生态和标准建设，统一管理运营换电资产。
中国石化目前已建成综合加能站3万座、易捷便利店2.8万家、超充快充站超万座，全渠道用户超3亿。
宁德时代在去年12月携“巧克力”换电解决方案布局换电模式，提供两种标准化的电池块，为其生态车企提供换电支持。宁德时代判断，到2030年，换电、家充、公共充电将呈现三分天下形势。
宁德时代3月中旬还与蔚来9866.HK达成换电战略合作，双方将构建覆盖全系乘用车的换电网络，并统一行业技术标准。此外，宁德时代还将对蔚来能源进行不超过25亿元人民币的战略投资。（完）
