智通财经APP讯，中国万天控股(01854)发布公告，自2025年4月1日起，刘友专已辞任及不再担任公司的公司秘书;授权代表;法律程序代理人;公司的首席财务官;环境、社会及管治委员会成员;及气候变化委员会成员。
自2025年4月1日起，沈静宜已获委任为公司的公司秘书、授权代表、法律程序代理人及公司的财务总监。
继刘友专辞任公司秘书、授权代表、法律程序代理人及首席财务官后，董事会亦宣布，自2025年4月1日起，刘友专不再为环境、社会及管治委员会成员，而4名担任集团职能部门负责人的环境、社会及管治委员会成员亦不再为环境、社会及管治委员会成员。
自2025年4月1日起，刘友专亦已不再担任气候变化委员会成员，而身为集团职能部门负责人的气候变化委员会成员，亦不再担任气候变化委员会成员。
