智通财经APP讯，*ST金科(000656.SZ)公告，公司实际控制人黄红云、控股股东重庆市金科投资控股(集团)有限责任公司(简称“金科控股”)于近日分别收到中国证券监督管理委员会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌存在未披露股票出现被强制过户风险、未及时披露权益变动信息的违法违规行为，根据相关法律法规，中国证监会于2025年3月27日决定对黄红云、金科控股进行立案。
经当事人自查，本次立案调查事项涉及以下两方面：一是2022年金科控股及黄红云因办理券商质押式回购业务，因无力回购亦不能提供资金进行补仓，使得相关券商对质押股票进行强制平仓，导致所持有的金科股份股票被动减持，未能预先披露减持计划;二是黄红云及金科控股在2022年与原一致行动人解除一致行动关系及减持公司股份造成权益变动情况后，黄红云及金科控股作为信息披露义务人未及时履行权益变动报告书的披露义务。
