Odaily星球日报讯 纽交所上市公司 Genius Group 宣布美国纽约南区地方法院（SDNY）已禁止该公司出售股票筹集资金，而且还禁止使用投资者资金购买比特币，因此将被迫出售其财库中的比特币。 据悉，2024 年 10 月 30 日 Genius 启动仲裁程序终止与 Fatbrain AI（LZGI）签订的资产购买协议，LZGI 股东对 LZGI 及其高管 Michael Moe 和 Peter Ritz 提起诉讼，但今年 2 月 14 日，Michael Moe 和 Peter Ritz 向法院申请临时限制令（TRO）和初步禁令（PI）以阻止 Genius 出售任何股份或筹集任何资金来购买比特币，当天临时限制令获批，3 月 13 日初步禁令获批。（Globenewswire）
