Adidas Tumbles on Tariff News -- Market Talk

0734 GMT - Adidas shares tumbled in early trade after the U.S. unveiled tariff rates, levying tariffs of 46% on exports from Vietnam, where Adidas has production sites. According to the company website, Vietnam was the German sportswear brand's main sourcing country in 2024, and 92% of its overall volume was produced in Asia. Adidas trades 9.5% lower at 200.20 euros. (sarah.sloat@wsj.com)
