智通财经APP讯，康耐特光学(02276)发布公告，有鉴于公司的业务发展近况，并为了更好地留住人材及提高员工的积极性及归属感，公司认为需重新梳理有关股份奖励计划中的奖励人员名单和股数，因此，经各建议选定被授予人同意，公司已根据受限制股份单位计划的条款由董事会全权酌情取消此前已授予的股份奖励。于本公告之日，没有先前已授予的股份奖励已被归属，而所有被撤消的奖励股份仍然由计划受托人代持。
于本次取消授予股份奖励后，为达至前述的激励效果，公司的薪酬委员会已向董事会提出一个新的授予及归属方案并经董事会审议考虑。
同时，董事局已决定及批准，于2025年4月3日据前述条件重新授予第一批受限制股份单位，占1187.43万股当中的20%，即237.49万股。
