Remsense Technologies (ASX:REM) agreed with Investing News Network (INN) to launch a 12-month marketing campaign to increase the company's visibility and awareness among potential investors and clients, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company issued INN 457,627 shares valued at AU$27,000 for the campaign, which involves the distribution of company news and content across investment-focused channels, the filing said.
Remsense Technologies shares fell nearly 12% in afternoon trade Thursday.
