　　远东宏信（03360）公布，于2025年3月25日，该公司与联席牵头经办人订立认购协议，以根据该计划进行提取，并于2025年4月1日发售及发行提取票据，面值总额为5亿美元，票息6%，提取票据获豁免遵守证券法项下的登记规定。提取票据以美元计值。

　　公司拟将发售的所得款项净额用作营运资金及一般公司用途。待取得中国相关政府部门的所有必要批准后，所得款项亦可透过公司间贷款转借予公司于中国境内的子公司。
