消息面上，近日，中联发展控股公布2024年业绩，收入为2196.1万港元，同比减少27.52%；公司拥有人应占亏损1706.2万港元，同比收窄38.87%；每股亏损4.1港仙。公告称，收入减少主要归因于皮革制造业务收入大幅下降，主要由于多项因素导致品牌客户的销售订单减少所致，包括经济复苏未如预期强劲；及高利率及高通胀率对全球经济正常化及复苏造成阻碍。
