据内媒报道，民行(01988.HK) 副行长黄红日回应对东方集团、泛海集团及恒大集团贷款情况时表示，截至去年底恒大的贷款余额为91亿元人民币(下同)，均为房地产专案贷款，目前恒大贷款占该行整体贷款的比例不高，并且已按项目实际情况进行拨备，对该行的经营情况并无实质影响。
黄红日表示，截至去年底东方系在该行总贷款余额为76.94亿元，较上年末减少约19亿元，在该行总体贷款中占比较低，该行已考虑客户风险状况及抵质押担保情况等进行拨备，对该行经营无重大影响。至于泛海集团，去年底泛海系在该行贷款余额为184.84亿元。(mn/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-01 16:25。)
