南都讯记者李玲 4月4日晚间8点，据市场监管总局官网消息，因杜邦中国集团有限公司涉嫌违反《中华人民共和国反垄断法》，市场监管总局依法对杜邦中国集团有限公司开展立案调查。

　　公司官网信息显示，杜邦公司提供以科技为基础的材料、原料和解决方案，其产品和服务覆盖电子、交通、建筑、水处理、个人防护装备等领域。

　　受此消息影响，杜邦美股盘前直线下挫，跌逾9%。
