智通财经APP讯，友宝在线(02429)发布公告，于2025年4月2日，公司接获中国证监会就其申请H股全流通发出的正式备案通知书，据此，公司已完成有关公司6名股东持有的合共3564.77万股内资股按一比一的基准转换为35647744股H股的中国证监会备案。该等3564.77万股H股将于完成有关转换及联交所授出上市批准后于联交所主板上市及买卖。通知自中国证监会批准之日(即2025年4月2日)起12个月内有效。
于本公告日期，公司H股全流通以及转换及上市的执行计划的细节尚未落实。公司将适时遵照上市规则及╱或内幕消息条文就H股全流通以及转换及上市的进度作出进一步公告。
