智通财经APP获悉，亿和控股(00838)午后涨超10%，截至发稿，涨9.09%，报0.84港元，成交额1003.41万港元。
消息面上，亿和控股公告，获批准自公开市场购回该公司股份。根据股份购回计划购回任何股份将于适时予以注销。董事会认为股份当前成交价尚未充分反映其内在价值及集团的业务前景。董事会认为公司目前拥有足够的财务资源以实施股份购回计划，而有关实施亦符合公司及其股东整体利益。
值得注意的是，亿和控股此前公布全年财报，营业额62.97亿元，同比增长1.8%；纯利2.44亿元，同比增长2.7%；每股盈利14仙。派末期息2仙，上年同期派1.99仙。整体毛利率较去年上升0.9个百分点至21.8%。
