更正-欧盟就汽车回收卡特尔向汽车制造商开出 4.58 亿欧元罚单

路透社布鲁塞尔4月1日 - 欧盟委员会周二对 15 家主要汽车制造商和欧洲汽车制造商协会（European Automobiles Manufacturers' Association）开出了约 4.58 亿欧元的罚单，(4.9464 亿美元)，原因是它们参与了一个有关报废汽车回收的卡特尔。

报废汽车回收是指在汽车不再适合使用时，将其拆解并进行回收处理。

委员会称，在长达 15 年的时间里，包括丰田7203.T、大众VOWG.DE和宝马BMWG.DE在内的 16 家汽车制造商与 ACEA 达成了反竞争协议，并参与了与汽车回收相关的一致行动。

梅赛德斯-奔驰公司（Mercedes-Benz MBGn.DE）也参与其中，但由于其根据宽大处理计划向委员会揭露了卡特尔，因此未被处以罚款。
