智通财经APP获悉，中航科工(02357)现跌超6%，截至发稿，跌6.8%，报3.7港元，成交额17.43亿港元。
消息面上，据媒体引述交易文件报道，空客以每股3.59港元配售减持约3.12亿股中航科工，配售价较上日折让约9.6%，套现11.2亿港元，完成后空客将不再持有中航科工。该股今日盘前出现多宗大手成交。当中3笔为9900万股，1笔为1525.6万股，涉资共11.2亿港元。
中航科工此前发布年度业绩，收入869.71亿元，同比增长2.62%；毛利60.42亿元，同比跌13.6%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润21.87亿元，同比减少10.63%。每股基本盈利27.4分，同比减少11.9%；派发末期息8.1分，同比减少7.95%。公司归属于母公司所有者的净利润同比减少，主因附属公司中航机载业绩下滑所致。中航机载2024年归属于上市公司股东的净利润为10.41亿元，同比下降44.83%。
