Universal Biosensors (ASX:UBI) appointed Peter Mullin as managing director and chief executive officer starting April 1, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Mullin was most recently the CEO of The Comfort Group, the filing said.
Mullin will be succeeding John Sharman who has decided to step down due to personal reasons effective April 1, per the filing.
