智通财经APP讯，鼎亿集团投资(00508)发布公告，于2025年3月31日，买方(即公司的全资附属公司旭贸创投有限公司)拟卖方收购Savor Dining已发行股份100%，总代价不超过6900万港元。
自2025年3月注册成立起至本公布日期，Savor Dining为一间为重组而设立的投资控股公司，并将持有Savor集团公司。
Savor集团公司为七间于中国注册成立的公司。重组完成后，Savor Dining将成为Savor集团公司的唯一合法及实益拥有人。Savor集团公司于中国深圳从事食品及饮料销售。截至本公布日期，Savor集团公司于中国深圳经营六间餐厅，包括Ensue，该餐厅于2023年荣获亚洲50佳餐厅。
董事会认为，收购事项使集团得以重新进军餐饮业务，而餐饮业务在集团于2020年退出该业务领域前的十多年间一直为集团的核心业务。透过收购事项，集团将持有六间餐厅(即Ensue、Terra Madre、L’AIIée、L’Avenue、Mesa Casa Latino及颐亭)，该等餐厅均位于深圳黄金地段，董事会认为该等餐厅为集团日后在中国发展高端餐饮业务提供了稳固的基础。
