智通财经APP讯，伟业控股(01570)发布公告，由于公司核数师需要更多时间完成审核，自公司于2024年出售之一间附属公司的组成部分核数师处获得该等尚未提供的资料，公司将延迟刊发2024年全年业绩公告。公司现正与核数师紧密合作，以于切实可行的情况下尽快完成集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩的审核工作。
2024年全年业绩公告的预计刊发日期为2025年4月30日或之前。公司将尽最大努力确保于切实可行的情况下尽快刊发2024年全年业绩。
此外，公司股份将自2025年4月1日上午九时正起暂停于联交所买卖，以待发布2024年全年业绩公告。
