智通财经APP讯，中国新城市(01321)发布公告，于2025年4月2日，公司与Ultra Brilliant Advisory Limited (中信资本控股有限公司的间接非全资附属公司)订立不具法律约束力的合作备忘录，内容有关集团与中信资本特殊机会投资部成立及共同营运投资平台，方式为设立一间合营公司及一间合营公司的附属公司。
预期合营平台将与由集团引入之基石投资者和中信资本特殊机会投资部引入之其他投资者在中国境内积极探索及投资各种合资格投资项目。各合资格投资项目将包括各类受压资产，其特点为(a)因投资期限错配、债务期限压力等原因可能以较大幅度折扣定价;(b)具备透过营运改进工作提升价值的潜力;及(c)符合城市更新及国家政策方向，具有以多种方式退出的可能性。
