东京都政府上个月推出一个新的碳交易平台，且未来有望比日本国内其他碳交易平台变得规模更大，同时也有助于扩大日本欠发达的自愿碳市场。

　　在与最大的私营碳信用认证机构之一Gold Standard签署谅解备忘录后，东京碳信用市场（TCCM）于3月25日开始运行。除被称为J-Credit的国家碳信用外，东京碳信用市场还提供自愿碳信用。东京证券交易所（TSE）于2023年10月建立了碳信用市场，而日本碳信用交易所、Carbon EX和e-dash Carbon Offset等私营平台也一直活跃于碳交易领域。大多数平台都聚焦J-Credit交易。

　　鉴于新平台作为公共机构的高知名度以及Gold Standard的支持，这个东京平台将有助于扩大日本自愿碳市场的规模和加速减排。据预测，到2030年，全球碳抵消需求可能从2025年的36亿吨增长至高达79亿吨二氧化碳当量。

　　在TCCM上可以按单个商品购买信用，这意味着公司可以根据其战略或特殊用途购买信用。因此，通过TCCM进行的信用交易有可能超过TSE旗下平台。能够使用TCCM平台的公司将不限于位于东京的公司。
