智通财经APP获悉，中远海控(01919)盈喜后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.62%，报10.52港元，成交额1.15亿港元。
消息面上，中远海控公布，预计第一季度归属公司股东净利润约116.89亿人民币，与上年同期相比增加约73.04%。据悉，中远海控24年业绩实现营业收入2338.59亿元，同比增长33.29%；实现归母净利润为491亿元，同比增长105.78%；全年派息50%，回购A+H股总金额达35.57亿元。
据悉，中远海控发布公告，公司将于4月8日注销实施此次A股股份回购方案回购的A股股份9999.99万股。此次注销完成后，公司A股股份回购专用账户内不持有公司股份。中远海控于去年11月通过回购股份方案，原计划回购A股股份5000万股至1亿股。截至2025年4月3日，公司完成实施本次A股股份回购方案，实际回购公司A股股份9999.99万股，回购均价14.04元/股，使用资金总额14.04亿元。
