智通财经APP讯，泓基集团(02535)公布，董事会获悉有一个名为“项目现金分红计划”的计划，据知该计划是由一家中文名称与该公司相似，名为“泓基控股集团有限公司(Hongji Holdings Group Co., Ltd.)”的机构与一家中国建筑公司合作推出，且据知就该计划已订立协议。
公司谨此澄清：
(i) 推出该计划并订立计划协议的机构虽与公司的中文名称相似，但并非公司;
(ii) 公司的注册英文及中文名称为“WK Group (Holdings) Limited 泓基集团(控股)有限公司”。公司或其附属公司与任何名为“泓基控股集团有限公司(Hongji Holdings Group Co., Ltd.)”的机构并无任何关系或从属关系;
(iii) 公司或其附属公司并无推出该计划，亦无授权任何第三方推出该计划;
(iv) 公司或其附属公司并无订立任何计划协议，亦无授权任何第三方订立任何计划协议;
(v) 公司或其附属公司并无向公众推广、宣传或推销该计划中的任何投资;及
(vi) 公司或其附属公司与该计划或计划协议的任何订约方并无任何关系或从属关系。
