4月7日，广发证券（000776/01776）发布公告，2025年累计新增借款情况显示，截至2025年3月31日，公司借款余额为4467.78亿元，累计新增借款金额为537.47亿元，新增借款占上年末净资产比例达到35.11%，超过了20%的警戒线。2024年12月31日，公司经审计的净资产为1530.85亿元，借款余额为3930.31亿元。

新增借款的主要分类包括：银行贷款截至2025年3月31日余额较2024年末减少18.29亿元，主要是短期借款的减少；公司信用类债券及非银行金融机构贷款余额较2024年末增加102.5亿元，主要是因发行或到期偿还所致；其他借款余额较2024年末增加453.26亿元，主要系拆入资金和卖出回购金融资产款的增加。
