顺泰控股(01335.HK) 公布，前执行董事白朝顺已出售其于该公司的实益权益，并不再持有该公司任何权益。于出售事项前，白朝顺拥有Feng Yi Capital Limited全部已发行股本，而Feng Yi持有宝恒集团60%股
权，而宝恒余下的40%股权则由戴继州拥有。
公告指，宝恒为顺泰控股的主要股东，截至周二(8日)持有该公司6.08亿股股份(占已发行股本总额约25%)。另外，Feng Yi于今年4月2日出售其于宝恒的60%股权予戴继州。因此，戴继州成为宝恒的唯一合法及实益拥有人，并将根据证券及期货条例继续被视为于宝恒持有的顺泰控股6.08亿股股份中拥有权益。(js/w)
