格隆汇4月8日丨顺泰控股(01335.HK)发布公告，董事会获悉，公司前执行董事白朝顺先生(“白先生”)已出售其于公司的实益权益(“出售事项”)，并不再持有公司任何权益。出售事项前，白先生拥有Feng Yi Capital Limited(“Feng Yi”)全部已发行股本，而Feng Yi持有宝恒集团有限公司(“宝恒”)60%股权，而宝恒余下的40%股权则由戴继州先生(“戴先生”)拥有。宝恒为公司的主要股东，于本公告日期持有公司6.085亿股股份(占公司已发行股本总额约25%)。
2025年4月2日，Feng Yi出售其于宝恒的60%股权予戴先生。因此，戴先生成为宝恒的唯一合法及实益拥有人，并将根据证券及期货条例第XV部继续被视为于宝恒持有的公司6.085亿股股份中拥有权益。
