中远海控：拟以7.42亿元～14.83亿元回购股份
【大河财立方消息】4月8日，中远海运控股股份有限公司（证券简称：中远海控）发布公告称，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份，数量为5000万股至1亿股，预计回购金额为7.415亿元至14.83亿元。
本次回购资金来源为自有资金，回购股份将全部用于注销并减少注册资本。回购价格不超过14.83元/股，实施期限自董事会批准回购方案之日起至公司2024年年度股东大会结束时。
对于回购目的，中远海控表示是因公司股票收盘价格低于公司最近一期每股净资产，为维护公司价值和股东权益，增强投资者信心，综合考虑公司财务状况、未来发展及合理估值水平等因素，拟使用自有资金进行股份回购，以推进公司股票市场价格与内在价值相匹配。
