智通财经APP讯，中国龙天集团(01863)公布，于2025年4月8日(星期二)，即首个截止日期下午四时正(香港时间)，要约人已接获11份有关部分收购要约项下合共9,113,849股要约股份的有效接纳，占本公告日期已发行股份总数约1.07%。此导致要约人及其一致行动人士于首个截止日期下午四时正(香港时间)或之前持有已发行股份1%以上的权益。因此，条件已获达成，而部分收购要约已于所有方面成为无条件。
因此，部分收购要约将维持可供接纳，直至2025年4月22日(星期二)下午四时正为止。要约文件所载部分收购要约的所有其他条款维持不变。
