联交所宣布，由4月10日上午9时起，INTERRA ACQ-Z(07801.HK) 的上市地位将根据《上市规则》第18B.74条予以取消。
于2024年9月13日，该公司获股东批准其建议，将其根据《上市规则》第18B.69条须刊发特殊目的收购公司并购公告的期限延长六个月至2025年3月16日。随着延长建议触发的股份赎回完成，该公司的公众持股量跌至低于15%。因此，该公司有关证券自2024年11月1日起已暂停买卖。
直至延长期限为止，该公司尚未落实或公布任何特殊目的收购公司并购交易的条款。根据《上市规则》第18B.74条，该公司须向A类股东退回托管账户中的款项。上市委员会于2025年3月21日决定，待该公司完成退回资金后，便根据《上市规则》第18B.74条取消该公司有关证券于联交所的上市地位。
