在2025年3月份，集团于安徽省合肥市新增项目1个，总楼面面积113,930平方米，总土地价格人民币约11.14亿元。从2025年1月1日至3月31日期间，集团累计新增总楼面面积约41.49万平方米，总土地价格人民币24.58亿元
