智通财经APP讯，中国海外宏洋集团(00081)发布公告，在2025年3月份，中海宏洋系列公司实现合约销售额人民币25.63亿元及合约销售面积23.43万平方米，分别按年下跌24.1%及24.9%。在2025年1至3月份，累计合约销售额人民币69.32亿元及合约销售面积59.84万平方米，分别按年下跌12.5%及15.9%。
截至2025年3月底，累计认购未签约额人民币4.92亿元及认购未签约面积40700平方米。在2025年3月份，集团于安徽省合肥市新增项目1个，总楼面面积11.39万平方米，总土地价格人民币11.14亿元。从2025年1月1日至3月31日期间，集团累计新增总楼面面积41.49万平方米，总土地价格人民币24.58亿元。
