新浪科技讯 4月8日下午消息，今日，360集团创始人、董事长周鸿祎发视频称，非常反感35岁以上的人就不招了，也不建议变相躺平，谈到“中年叛逆”，周鸿祎称如果有这个趋势，不如抓住机会，让自己的人生过得更加丰富多彩，一生不去尝试做一件事情总是最大的遗憾。
“值得注意的是，中年叛逆不等于不等于任性妄为，多数人在自我实现和社会责任间也会寻找一个平衡点，例如选择温和的叛逆，有的人仍是职场精英，周末却到夜店变成摇滚乐手，这也算是一种平衡吧。”周鸿祎最后表示。（罗宁）
