如祺出行修订腾讯服务费上限为1.37亿元与2.2亿元
4月7日，如祺出行（09680）发布公告，宣布与腾讯计算机订立第二份营销推广服务框架协议补充协议，以修订本集团根据该协议于截至2026年12月31日止两个年度各年应付的服务费的现有年度上限。
公告指出，现有年度上限为2700万元和3400万元，建议修订后的年度上限分别为1.37亿元和2.2亿元。此次修订主要是由于腾讯集团代表收取的营销费率增加、集团地域扩张策略的持续实施以及营销推广力度加大所导致的总成本大幅上升。
此外，公告中提到，腾讯通过其全资子公司Tencent Mobility Limited在公司中拥有约15.87%的权益，因此腾讯及其关联人被视为公司的关联人士。根据上市规则，因建议修订的年度上限适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，该交易需遵守相关的年度申报、年度审阅、公告及独立股东批准规定。公司将于2025年5月27日的股东周年大会上寻求独立股东的批准。
