智通财经APP讯，文业集团(01802)发布公告，自2025年4月7日起生效：范少周先生因私人理由而辞任公司主席、执行董事、行政总裁、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会主席以及公司授权代表。谌鹏先生因有意投入更多时间专注发展其他事务而辞任公司非执行董事。
范舒颖女士已获委任为公司联席主席、执行董事及行政总裁。范女士获委任后，亦将获委任为薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会主席以及公司授权代表。
彭及伟先生已获委任为公司执行董事。孔国竞先生已由公司联席主席调任为公司主席。
