　　佰金生命科学（01466）发布公告，认购协议所载先决条件已获达成，且完成已于2025年3月28日落实。根据认购协议的条款及条件，合共6535.94万股认购股份将以认购价每股认购股份0.48港元配发及发行予认购人。

　　认购事项所得款项总额为3137.3万港元，而认购事项所得款项净额（扣除相关开支后）约为3127.3万港元。预期认购事项所得款项净额将用作集团的一般营运资金。
