摩根士丹利表示，对等关税宣布之后，如果经济数据走弱，且交易员认为美国经济衰退的风险加大，日元兑美元将上涨约7%。

　　摩根士丹利包括Koichi Sugisaki和David Adams在内的团队建议做多日元并调整了目标位：

　　在146.40做空美元/日元，目标为135（先前为145），止损设在151。

　　在171.30做空瑞郎/日元，目标160，止损设在180。

　　“在严峻的美国对等关税公告背景下，随着对美国经济增长的担忧迫近，我们认为，如果硬数据开始显示出更多恶化迹象，市场可能会开始更积极地消化美国经济衰退的风险，”Sugisaki和Adams周五在报告中写道。

　　策略师们指出，养老基金等日本本土参与者在再平衡之际大量逢低买入美元/日元，这有助于解释该货币对最近几周的相对坚挺。

　　然而，如果市场预期美联储终端利率到明年年底将达到约2.75% —— 正如摩根士丹利经济学家所预测的那样 —— 那么美元/日元应该会跌至135，比目前低约7%。
