消息面上，据证券时报报道，2025年政府工作报告首次将稳住楼市写进经济社会发展总体要求。记者获悉，多个一线城市正在进行房地产市场止跌回稳相关政策的研究及储备工作。其中，武汉市相关部门向记者表示，正在做政策研究储备工作，结合市场实际适时出台实施，持续用力推动房地产市场进一步止跌回稳。
平安证券指出，特朗普“对等”关税政策出台，短期国内出口或面临冲击，稳经济稳增长背景下，或需要消费和投资更多发力，而住房消费为最大的消费、地产投资也是投资重要组成。短期住房消费/投资尚未企稳背景下，或需要更多政策提振，那后续还有哪些地产政策值得期待：核心城市限购仍有进一步松绑空间；进一步降息及下调公积金利率，从而降低居民实际房贷利率；进一步打通收储及城改等政策堵点，持续扩大住房需求。
