智通财经APP讯，潼关黄金(00340)公布，于2025年4月8日，该公司拟向高烨新加坡环球投资有限公司及紫金金属有限公司分别发行约1.5942亿股及1.68亿股认购股份，每股认购价0.69港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.86港元折让约19.8%。
发行认购股份所得净额约2.25亿港元，约8000万港元用于建设日处理量450吨的金矿生产线;约5000万港元用于进行矿山钻探活动;约2000万港元用于在集团采矿地点兴建宿舍及相关设施; 约1300万港元用于绿色矿山建设;余下所得款项用作补充集团的营运资金。
据悉，高烨新加坡环球投资有限公司主要于大中华地区从事私募股权及二级市场的股票及债券投资，为一间由许国明先生全资拥有的国际商业公司。紫金金属有限公司为一间主要从事贵金属相关投资及销售活动的矿业公司，由紫金矿业(02899)全资拥有。
