Scienture (SCNX) said Tuesday that it sold its legacy healthcare IT and wholesale operations subsidiaries to Tollo Health for $5 million.
The company divested Integra Pharma Solutions, Bonum Health, and Softell to streamline operations, optimize its portfolio, and accelerate growth in the branded and specialty pharma markets.
Scienture said it plans to use the sale proceeds to facilitate the high-growth commercial and strategic product development activities at its Scienture LLC subsidiary.
Shares of Scienture Holdings were up over 2% in recent trading.
