传承教育集团(08195.HK)宣布，于2025年4月2日，公司根据主板上市规则第9B章，就建议转板上市的资格向联交所提交咨询。董事会认为，提交咨询文件表明公司已就建议转板上市走上正轨。

公司致力扩大其客户基础及提升本集团之盈利能力。鉴于上一年度业务营运往绩记录良好，加上集团对其主要业务持乐观态度，公司力争满足所有相关要求，以便于联交所主板上市。

公司认为，股份于联交所主板上市(倘落实)将提升集团的整体企业形象及竞争力，从而使集团获得公众投资者的进一步认可，并扩大其客户基础及网络。公司谨此强调，建议转板上市处于初步评估阶段，尚未厘定最终时间表或执行计划。
