香港联交所披露数据显示，淡马锡控股公司于4月2日减持信达生物（01801）376万股，每股平均作价46.8135港元，总交易金额约1.76亿港元。此次减持后，淡马锡持股数量降至约1.31亿股，持股比例下降至7.97%。

　　市场数据显示，减持消息披露后首个交易日（4月8日），信达生物股价早盘异动拉升，涨幅一度达5.3%，报41.75港元。当日港股药品板块整体上涨，恒生指数亦上涨超2%。2024年财报显示公司营业收入94.22亿元，净亏损收窄至0.95亿元，Non-IFRS（非国际财务报告准则）利润首次转正至3.32亿元。

　　此次减持正值信达生物新产品加速商业化阶段。2025年，公司预计有6款新药上市以及一款新药纳入医保，公司近期还与罗氏达成ADC药物IBI3009的全球授权协议，首付款8000万美元，潜在里程碑金额达10亿美元。

　　尽管如此，公司财务压力亦不容忽视，近五年累计亏损近90亿元，2024年虽亏损收窄，但国际化投入与研发支出持续攀升，资产负债率维持在39%。值得注意的是，2024年公司经调整利润转正依赖11亿授权费收入，而非单纯产品销售驱动。截至2024年末，信达生物流动资产为102亿元。
