PANews 4月8日消息，据彭博社报道，知情人士透露，日本金融服务集团SBI控股公司（SBI Holdings Inc.）旗下的一家子公司正在探讨出售加密货币做市商B2C2的少数股权。消息人士称，SBI金融服务公司（SBI Financial Services）正寻求以可能价值1亿美元的交易出售其所持B2C2的部分股权，目前正与多位潜在买家进行洽谈。
SBI控股公司的一位发言人否认了该公司正在考虑出售所持B2C2部分股权的说法。B2C2的一位代表则拒绝置评。其中一人表示，两家公司将保持战略合作伙伴关系，SBI金融服务公司将保留在B2C2的股权。2020年12月，SBI收购了B2C2 90%的股权。今年2月，这家日本企业集团表示，B2C2公布了创纪录的九个月利润，并提及“美国总统选举结果公布后市场环境一片繁荣”。
