4 月 8 日，据路透社报道，尼日利亚法院已将 Binance 税务案的审理日期延至 4 月 30 日。Binance 律师 Chukwuazom 要求法院撤销此前的电子送达令，理由是税务机关未获得法院许可便向注册地在开曼群岛的 Binance 发送法律文件。
此前报道，2 月 20 日尼日利亚当局对 Binance 提起诉讼，索赔 795 亿美元经济损失和 20 亿美元未缴税款。尼日利亚联邦税务局（FIRS）指控 Binance 在该国非法运营。此次诉讼发生在 FIRS 2024 年 3 月对 Binance 提起的逃税指控之后，该指控涉及四项税务违规，包括未缴纳企业所得税和未提交税务申报。此前，Binance 两名高管 Tigran Gambaryan 和 Nadeem Anjarwalla 已在尼日利亚被捕，并被列为该案件的被告。
