智通财经APP获悉，新能源车企早盘飘红，截至发稿，零跑汽车(09863)涨7.54%，报44.95港元；蔚来-SW(09866)涨6.73%，报26.15港元；小鹏汽车-S(09868)涨5.46%，68.55港元；吉利汽车(00175)涨5.07%，报14.08港元；理想汽车-W(02015)涨4.06%，报83.35港元。
交银国际发布研报指出，本轮关税落地，中国自主品牌影响为零，美国主要针对韩日德车企等大量出口至美国，且占比较高的车企。中国车企海外的布局，会围绕着“一带一路”沿线国家，东南亚和欧州等加快本地化和供应链区域化。4月3日，中欧双方宣布重启电动汽车反补贴案价格承诺谈判，有望跨越贸易壁垒，实现共赢。同时，中国零部件厂会跟随车企在海外建厂，从而降低运输成本，提高供应链效率和优势。
华福证券新能源汽车行业分析师认为，2024年中国汽车对美出口仅占中国汽车出口总量的1.8%，在美国市场的份额更是不足0.6%，且其中大部分为中美合资企业在中国生产后返销美国的车型，美国加征汽车关税对中国整车出口影响不大，更多是情绪层面影响。
