智通财经APP获悉，九方智投控股(09636)盘中涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.85%，报30.75港元，成交额7110.12万港元。
消息面上，九方智投控股公布，于2025年4月3日，该公司与银科控股、目标公司Yintech Financial及上海斐琇(银科控股间接附属公司)订立买卖协议，据此，公司有条件同意收购目标公司的全部股权及购买核心信息系统。公司就收购目标公司的全部股权应付的代价将为约1.088亿港元，就购买核心信息系统应付的代价将为1816万港元。
此次收购涵盖目标集团使用的核心信息系统，该系统专为目标集团打造，并依据其业务需求迭代升级。该系统覆盖证券、期货和基金柜台系统，能够为目标集团各业务场景下的集中式交易管理、清算结算，及风险管理等提供有力支持。公司同时收购目标集团使用的核心信息系统，可保障业务持续稳定开展，避免因系统切换而产生的成本以及可能导致的风险。
