4月8日金融一线消息，重庆银行今日召开2024年度业绩发布会。谈及布局数字金融建设，重庆银行副行长侯曦蒙表示，数字金融不仅是五篇大文章的重要组成部分，更是驱动科技、绿色、普惠养老等等领域融合发展，提高综合经营水平的关键引擎。重庆银行一方面着力提升自主可控，完安全可靠的信息科技水平；另一方面，持续完善规范、有效、共享、畅通的管束运输机制。

　　侯曦蒙指出，重庆银行针对细分客群提供个性化、有温度的服务。“立足城乡居民的需求，我们着力打造差异化的服务，优化各类线上渠道和智能设备的展示页面，增加了语音读屏、方言识别、一键人工等等温馨功能，提高客户特别是老年客户的金融服务的便捷性和可得性，实实在在地降低了他们获取数字金融服务的门槛。”
