4月8日金融一线消息，浙商银行发布公告称，经公司第七届董事会第四次会议审议通过，公司制定发布了《浙商银行股份有限公司估值提升计划》。公司积极响应上海证券交易所“提质增效重回报”行动倡议，持续提升公司投资价值和股东回报能力，相关估值提升计划亦为公司“提质增效重回报”行动方案。

　　公司高度重视股东回报，自2019年A股上市以来，除因配股等特殊事项要求而未进行分红外，其余年度现金分红比例均超30%，在上市股份制银行中位列第一梯队。未来，公司将结合自身发展阶段和财务状况，进一步增强分红稳定性、持续性和可预期性，并将分红比例保持在市场合意水平，稳定投资者分红预期，让投资者分享公司价值创造成果。
