PANews 4月8日消息，据财富杂志报道，加密餐饮应用Blackbird Labs完成5000万美元B轮融资，Spark Capital领投，Coinbase、a16z crypto、Union Square Ventures和Amex Ventures参投。这笔融资用于公司股权以及代币认股权证，即尚未发布的加密货币的分配。创始人Ben Leventhal表示他在2024年第四季度筹集了这笔资金，他拒绝透露该轮融资的隐含估值。自2022年以来，Blackbird Labs已筹集了8500万美元。
据介绍，Blackbird是一款餐厅忠诚度和支付应用程序。每次用户光顾在该应用程序上注册的餐厅时，他们都会以内部加密货币FLY的形式获得奖励。用户可以使用该加密货币Blackbird网络中的任何地方支付餐费，该网络涵盖纽约市、旧金山和南卡罗来纳州查尔斯顿的600多家餐厅。Blackbird Labs于2月发布了自己的区块链，该区块链建立在Coinbase的Base之上，名为Flynet。
