新浪科技讯 4月7日上午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，浙江养生堂保健品销售有限公司发生工商变更，钟睒睒卸任法定代表人、执行董事，但仍担任董事职务，钟纪钢接任法定代表人。

　　据悉，该公司成立于2010年6月，注册资本2000万人民币，经营范围包括第一类医疗器械销售、二类医疗器械销售、日用百货销售等，由养生堂药业有限公司全资持股。
