【汇丰研究指普拉达收购Versace时机非常好】金十数据4月11日讯，汇丰研究的报告指，普拉达(01913.HK)过往的并购史多以失败告终，今次收购Versace或许不同。普拉达尤其适合更有效率地经营Versace。同样作为一家总部位于米兰的公司，普拉达可以培育Versace，缩减其门市数量，并以更高质的方式来利用较高的品牌知名度。该行指，考虑到宏观不确定性和对奢侈品的怀疑，收购时机及价格事后回看证明是非常好，而市场初步反应成为顾虑之一。该行维持目标价64港元，以及“买入”评级。
