智通财经APP获悉，多想云(06696)午后闪崩，盘中跌超86%，低见1.03港元创历史新低。截至发稿，跌81.16%，报1.4港元，成交额1.62亿港元，总市值一度跌穿1亿港元。
消息面上，多想云此前公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，公司的总收入约为人民币17.9亿元，同比增长约50.2%。集团的净亏损为人民币1.86亿元，同比下降约661.4%，净亏损率为10.4%。主要是由于报告期内计提的贸易应收账款减值损失准备、无形资产减值损失准备所致。
值得注意的是，多想云此前宣布，拟折让约13.89%配发1200万股，净筹约3710万港元。集团拟将认购的募集资金用于：从抖音购买媒体资源(尤其是抖音分销渠道)，并推广抖音分销渠道；以及一般营运资本。
